They fought the great fight!
What a great weekend to kick off the season for the Major Peewee AA Falcons! They may have lost in the semi-finals of the St. Catharines Early Bird Tournament, but they did not go down without a fight!
Friday morning they started off with a 6-0 win over the Southtown Stars, followed up by a 4-2 win over the Sarnia Jr. Sting. Saturday morning was a tough game against Newmarket Redmen, ending in a 1-1 tie. The boys wrapped up the afternoon with a 2-1 win over the Greater Toronto Capitals, which led them into the Semi-Finals in 1st place, where they fell to the Guelph Jr. Gryphons 0-1 in the last few minutes of the game.
It was wonderful to see such a turn out for the boys, cheering them on! Congratulations to the Coaching Staff and Players on their great play!
