*** Final thoughts
Overall, a very successful season had by the Jr Falcons. Winning the West Mall Tournament as a huge accomplishment, along with being a finalist in the Fort Erie tournament, the OMHA Playdown qualifier and the NDHL Division A Championships. Most importantly, the players improved throughout the season, and had a lot of fun, which is all the coaches can ask for.
A few notes regarding our season:
1. For the 2004 age group at the A level, this is the best season since inception.
2. Overall record of 33-16-9 is something to be damn proud of.
3. The fact that this years team reduced their goals against per game by 1 goal on average as compared to the previous season, with the majority of the same kids is something to be damn proud of.
4. The finalist in the OMHA Playdowns was Aurora, who we hold a victory over this season. And the Champion Oakville 1 team is the team we lost to 5-4 In an earlier tournament. This proves that we completed with the best OMHA teams in the province.

On behalf of the entire coaching staff, we say good job, and good luck moving forward to our players.
