Only players with a St. Catharines address on the HCR, and are in good standing will receive the form requested.
If you have just recently moved into St. Catharines from another OMHA Centre please complete the
OMHA_Residential_Transfer along with all documents and submit them to
[email protected]
If you have just recently moved to St. Catharines from an Alliance / GTHL Centre you will need to submit the ohf form along with documents to OHF.

We cannot complete a Permission to Skate form until the address has been approved and changed on the HCR by OHF.

OMHA is granting blanket permission for all eligible players registered in the OMHA in the 2023-24 season to try out and attend camps with any Junior team under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) and Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) for the 2024-25 season.
