March of the FALCONS
The Falcons looked  to take advantage of home ice, as they would face the Guelph Gryphons in the last game of the season. Coach D'arcy McCardle would start goalie Jimmy Damiano as the Falcons would fight valiantly to end the season with a win, as they march into the playoffs. The Gryphons would take a 1-0 lead in the first period, but the Falcons would answer right back as Aidan Johnson would even the score 1-1 on an unassisted goal. The second period was a seasaw battle as both teams would have scoring chances, but it would be the Gryphons again scoring the opening goal of the period and again the resultant Falcons would answer right back with Aidan Johnson scoring his second with the assist from Hayden Turner and Alexander Thai.

The Falcons would continue to battle back narrowly missing on a chance to take the lead. The Gryphons would capitalize on a scoring chance and the second period would end up with the Gryphons up 3-2. The Gryphons showed they meant business as they would strike 4 unanswered goals on 26 shots in the third period. Jimmy Damiano made some great saves, doing his best to keep the Falcons in the game, but the Gryphons would go on to win the game 7-2.

The Parents would like to Thanks the Falcons players and coaches for their hard work in an exciting season, and look forward to the playoffs.

Oxford learning
At Oxford Learning®, we take a decidedly different approach—one that shifts the focus from WHAT your child is learning to HOW your child is learning. With Oxford Learning®’s programs you’ll be putting an end to the time and expense of hiring a tutor year after year—instead, you’ll be giving your child the skills he or she needs to deal with today’s school struggles, and helping him or her develop thinking and learning skills that will be used for this grade and for every grade.
