2026–2027 GCMHA Falcons Registration
Players who are offered a position on a team must register within 24 hours of receiving their offer.
Anyone wishing to pay by credit card (full payment or installment plan) must complete payment at the time of registration using the link provided by the coach.
Required Documents
If you have not already uploaded the following to your child’s HCR/Spordle profile, please do so:
- Proof of Residency (parent’s driver’s licence or utility bill)
- Birth Certificate

Team Payment Meetings
- All team meetings will be held upstairs in the GCMHA Room at Bill Burgoyne Arena (entrance at the back of the arena).
- Meetings will take place within a few days of tryouts being completed.
- Meetings will last no longer than 1 hour.
- One parent/guardian attendance is sufficient, unless otherwise directed by the coach.
Registration Fees & Payment Options
Fees can be paid in full or in 3 installments.
U8 & U9 – $1,400
- Team Meeting: $700
- August 1: $350
- September 15: $350
U10 to U16 – $1,700
- Team Meeting: $850
- August 1: $425
- September 15: $425
U18 – $1,500
- Team Meeting: $750
- August 1: $375
- September 15: $375
Payment Methods
- Credit Card (through HCR/Spordle at registration)

- Cheque or Cash (submitted at first team meeting)
Important:
- If paying by credit card, the first payment is processed immediately upon registration.
- If paying by cheque, all 3 cheques must be submitted at the team meeting, payable to GCMHA.
- NSF cheques will incur a $50 administration fee.
Payment Policies
- Payments must be received by the first team meeting.
- Late payments will result in a $25 fee per week and possible player suspension.
- No player will be rostered until minimum first payment is received or arrangements have been made with the bookkeeper.
For e-transfers, please include:
- Player’s full name
- Team name
Jersey Sponsor Fee
- Each participant (excluding U18) is responsible for a $200 Home Jersey Sponsor Bar.
