Garden City Minor Hockey

U11A team won the Buffalo RiverWorks Tournament this weekend!  Each player earned a gold medal, and it was absolutely incredible to watch.These kids came together and battled through adversity all weekend long. In the championship game, we won 2–0 in a hard-fought battle against the Alpena Jr. Wildcats.  The atmosphere was electric. Before the finals, I quickly gathered the parents, grandparents, and siblings and reminded them that these kids deserved to hear us loud and proud. And wow, did our Falcon families respond.

The U11B team brought home the silver medal from the Canadian Cup in Montreal after an outstanding tournament performance! The team showed incredible determination all weekend, earning back-to-back shutouts from the goalies on their road to the championship game. Their hard work, teamwork, and resilience were on full display every step of the way. The final was a thrilling, hard-fought battle that went to 3-on-3 overtime — and the team was just one shot away from capturing gold.
