GCMHA ROOM
Location: Upstairs at Bill Burgoyne Arena

GCMHA Room is not available during Office hours
Tuesdays - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Thursdays - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturdays - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

FEE FOR USAGE

The room has 12 round tables and 96 folding chairs along with a couple of rectangular tables.
Fridge, Stove and Microwave.
60"LCD High Definition TV, DVD Player, Surround Sound. Wireless Internet.

GCMHA teams may use the room free of charge for team meetings & $75 for parties/fundraisers with a $ 100 cleaning deposit; however, a $175.00  fee is charged per usage for the room for external rentals. Payment can be by cash or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to GCMHA and include a reference to the event. Cheques should be mailed to:

USAGE AGREEMENTS
1. Leave the room clean and tidy after your event.
2. Lock all doors as you leave.
3. Report any issues regarding the state of the facilities or equipment to Cheryl Olsen (see contact info below).
4. Drinking is only allowed with a special event license. Liquor license can be applied for at Liquor Stores.
5. Keys are to be picked up and dropped off the day of rental.

HOW TO BOOK THE JR. FALCONS ROOM
1. Determine the date and start time and finish time you require the room.
2. Send an email with details of your request (date, time, group, purpose).  Cheryl Olsen  ad[email protected]
3. A reply email will be sent to you with confirmation of availability and booking.
