POLICE CLEARANCE & CRIMINAL OFFENSE DECLARATION - VSC
Every Volunteer MUST have a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance completed and submitted to OHF in order to volunteer with Garden City Falcons. Vulnerable Sector Checks are good for three (3) years. The ORIGINAL copy MUST be submitted to the OHF Screening Submission Portal by Clicking Here:
