PERMISSION TO SKATE FORMS - NOW AVAILABLE
Garden City Minor Hockey Association is a member of the Niagara North AAA Zone. If your child wishes to try out at the AAA level (Novice to Minor Midget) a Permission to Skate form is required before your child can participate in the AAA tryouts. To obtain a Permission to Skate Form please complete the request form under our REGISTRATION tab so we can have your Permission to Skate form prepared for you to pick up at our GCMHA Office. ***OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY APRIL 4TH***
