Alex Luey Needs Our Support
To our membership in the hockey community.     Alex Luey is a 12 year old boy playing on the NFMHA Peewee A team.  He played in last weekend’s tournament in Glanbrook.  Over the weekend Alex was complaining about a pain in his leg.  After having a fall in school, his parents brought him to the ER for a checkup.  Words cannot express how sad we are to hear the news that Alex has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma which is a form of bone cancer, and will have to undergo surgery to amputate his leg.  

As an organization, NFMHA is asking the hockey community to keep Alex and his family in their thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.  We will be setting up a fund for Alex and his family.  We thank you for any way you can help support this cause.  Donations can be sent to:
