Permission to Skate Forms - not available
GCMHA does not receive the Permission to Skate forms from OMHA until closer to April 1st. Please do not email asking for a form. Once it is available we will update our website with a link to the request form and instructions on how to obtain the form to hand into the Niagara North AAA or Junior teams tryouts.
