Major Midget - Permission to Skate Online Request Form

Major Midget Permission to Skate Online Request Form will be available on August 1st under our Permission to Skate Link.

Online request form must be completed in order to receive a Midget AAA Permission to Skate Form.

Please read all information regarding Major Midget AAA

1. Players are eligible to tryout and participate for any Major Midget AAA team in the Member Partner to which their residential AAA Centre/Zone/Club belongs.
2. In order to play for a Major Midget AAA team outside of the player's residential Member Partner the player requires a release from:
        a) their residential home AAA Centre/Zone/Club; or
        b) their residential home AAA Centre/Zone/Club Member Partner
3. Once a release is obtained the player may try out for any team in the Ontario Hockey Federation at the Major Midget AAA level.
4. At the end of each season all players that were sixteen years old prior to December 31 of the season just completed may remain with the Major Midget AAA team they played for or are released to join another Major Midget AAA team in accordance with regulations 1-3.
