2024-2025 Room Rental Request Agreement
Please complete the Room Rental Request form. Once it is approved you will receive an email and the amount to be paid will be outlined. $250 Deposit to be submitted within 3 days of application for ALL bookings.

Rental Information

Please read agreement below:

1. Leave the room clean and tidy after your event.
2. Floor to be swept.
3. Floor to be washed, chairs left on top of tables - 8 chairs per table, 6 tables 
4. Put all garbage in garbage bin at the back of the building.
5. Turn out all lights and lock all doors as you leave. (Light in front of kitchen door does not turn off).
6. Drinking is only allowed with a special event license (license application is available at liequor stores).
7. Pick up and return keys the same day/night of your event.
8. Report any issues regarding the state of the facilities or equipment to

9. Do not use door to arena. Door to parking lot is the only door to be used.
10. All City of St. Catharines rules and restrictions are to be followed.
