Novice A, Novice, 2015-2016, AA/A (Garden City Minor Hockey)

As the year comes to a close, the Novice A Falcons are starting to hit their stride. The team finished their last 4 games with a 2-2 record recording big wins against Welland AE and Welland A, while losing close hard fought games to Lincoln and Fort Erie. The team is looking forward to a well earned break, and are back in game action on January 2 against Niagara Falls. The Novice A Falcons would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season and a healthy and prosperous New Year!

The Novice A Falcons looked great on the ice in their new home whites and pink taped sticks on Friday night against a big and fast Glanbrook team.  The boys continue to work hard and show improvement each game and their efforts are really showing. Their record is now 4-5-1. The boys have a short layoff now, but look to get back in the win column on November 13 against Port Colborne.

The Novice A Falcons played some great hockey this weekend, collecting a big three points in the standings. The boys battled Thorold to a hard fought 4-4 tie on Friday night, and followed it up with an impressive 8-0 win over Welland AE on Saturday night. The Falcons improved their record to 3-1-1 on the season. The Falcons next game action will be Friday night, as they travel to Smithville to take on the West Lincoln Wrath.

The Novice A Falcons kicked off their season with a strong win over Dunnville on Saturday morning. A total team effort was displayed in defeating the host Mudcats by a score of 5-3. Next action sees the Falcons host the Grimsby Peach Kings at 6:00pm on Friday @ SH1, followed by a trip up the QEW for a game against the Niagara Falls Flyers at 1:00pm on Saturday @ Gale.
