Minor PeeWee A Jr Falcons Pick up Second Win in Less than 24hrs.
The Minor PeeWee A's played well to pick up their second league game victory in less than 24hrs as they defeated the West Lincoln Wrath 7-3. Owen Bartel lead the way picking up an assist to go along with his 2 goals. Other goal scorers were Ben Armstrong, Eric Venneri, Myles Radersma, Owen White, and Adam Weber. Venneri, Armstrong, and Weber also picked up assists as did Pierce McMeekin, Dylan Rush, Robbie Denham, Connor Burke, Ty Winstanley, Brennen Bilotta, Dan Demontigny, and William Denham (AP).
Ben Brendzy had a very solid game in goal making 10 saves, a couple of which were excellent scoring opportunities for the Wrath forwards. The Jr Falcons outshot the Wrath 30 to 13.
Up next for the Falcons is an exhibition game in Milton at 7:30pm on Tuesday December 29th.
