GREAT TEAM EFFORT!!!!
The Minor PeeWee 'A' Jr Falcons played their best two-way game so far this season enabling the Team to pickup a 6-2 victory over the Grimsby Kings Minors.
In goal Ben Brendzy stopped 16 of 18 shots several of which were difficult. His ability to move out and "challenge" forced the Grimsby players to shoot wide on many occasions.
Every defencemen played physical and in doing so minimized the opposition's chances.
All three forward lines picked up two goals each.
Goal Scores for the Jr Falcons included Ben Armstrong and Myles Radersma with 2 each. Single goals went to Robbie Denham, and Connor Burke. Assists were credited to Eric Venneri and Owen White with 2 each. Also picking up assists were Burke, Adam Weber, Pierce McMeekin, Brennen Bilotta, Ty Winstanely, and Colton Rothney.
The Falcons continue to improve and are playing physical yet disciplined hockey. The Team is peaking just at the right time as the playoffs are less then two weeks away.
